Identity Card

We print directly on PVC sheets of 0.8mm micron thickness and than process it with U.V. varnish finish. The process gives pure quality of PVC and water resistance to the card. Normally in xerox stores nearby stations and other places two layers of thick card are fused together and than laminated to give an impression of a card alike PVC material card. ​

Our PVC material cards sustain peeling-off, bright in whiteness, true color printed and are thick. Quality is almost like the credit / debit card used.

We provide SMART CARDS and RFID CARD printed directly on it, but in case if you have already purchased from market, we will provide stickers specially made for such kind of cards. Such stickers are different than the one available in market. Best is contact us for full access control system, we will set up completely and also provide software programmed as per your needs and requirement.

To make variable data identity cards, we need details in excel file format as per our instructions to you and individual photos in jpg format (300 dpi preferred) clicked or properly scanned.

DATA MATCHING WILL BE DONE BY US IN OUR SOFTWARE, SO IT WILL SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ALSO. ONLY BASIC DESIGN IS TO BE PROVIDED BY YOU OR ELSE THAT ALSO WILL BE DONE BY US. THIS MAKE IDENTITY CARD OR ANY CARD MAKING IN BULK QUANTITY VERY FAST AND AN EASIER PROCESS.

Just upload your design in pdf / AI or cdr (VERSION 13) format in CMYK color combination after converting all your text matter in curves.

We also provide card holders and lanyards. Lanyard (neck ribbon) we print in multi color as per your brand colors and logo. (see image gallery) Lanyard available in Nylon, Polyester and Satin cloth material as per your requirement.

• Images used in the artwork should be 400 - 600 dpi

• Artwork for Spot UV should be provided separately with UV area in the black colour.

• Please do not compare the printed job with digital printout.
