Printing & Design

Q: Can I upload my design?
A: Yes, you can upload your design in PDF, AI, PSD, JPEG, and other acceptable file formats when placing an order. Please ensure that the design meets our guidelines and specifications to ensure optimal printing quality. -
Q: What printing methods do you use?
A: We use a variety of printing methods, including offset printing, digital printing, and screen printing, depending on the product and quantity ordered. -
Q: Can I see a proof of my design before it is printed?
A: Yes, we provide digital proof of your design before printing to ensure that everything looks perfect.

Q: I have my design but needs some changes, will it be done and is it chargeable?
A: Yes, if your design is in an editable version or if we can edit it, we will do changes/corrections / edit it. Yes, it will be charged as per the work done.
Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply select the product you want to order in our ONLINE ORDER FORM and provide your contact details and all other details and submit your order. We will revert you back on your given email id / whatsapp number / contact number with perfect quote. -
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as net banking, UPI, wallets, and Rupay card. -
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. -
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order has been placed. -
Q: I don't need TAX INVOICE, can GST be wavied off?
A: No. TAX INVOICE will get generated with GST added, if you provide your GSTN details, needful will be done.
Delivery

Q: Can I take delivery from your location?
A: We operate online and don't have a pick-up location anywhere in INDIA. Delivery will be done at the address provided by you. -
Q: How long will it take to make my order ready?
A: It depends upon the product and quantity, delivery period will be predicted with the quote. -
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the delivery method you choose. However, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. -
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: We offer shipping on all orders. Delivery charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Delivery charges will be as per actual and as per courier service provider from Mumbai.
